Scarlett Johansson Replaces Angelina Jolie in 'Gravity'

Looking to continue doing an action movie, Scarlett Johansson has reportedly "verbally agreed" to take the leading-lady role in director Alfonso Cuaron's upcoming 3-D sci-fi action flick, "Gravity," opposite her 'Iron Man 2' co-star Roberty Downey Jr.

Originally, the leading female role was offered to Angelina Jolie, but she opted out when she found out that she'd be splitting time with a male lead.

"Gravity" is an outer space survival thriller about a woman attempting to make her way back to planet Earth after a satellite crash.
