Scarlett Johansson and her rumored about new beau, Sean Penn, may be heating up local and foreign locales, but ScarJo's supergorge ex-husband, Ryan Reynolds, doesn't seem to be wasting any time as a lonely, single, broken-hearted fool, either. Hmmm, do we have a paparazzi moving-on war brewing here in there works?
See, after the casual, yet sexy, photo from Scarlett and Sean's lunch date was released earlier in the week, Ry is apparently rebutting with some sweet pics of his own—and he isn't standing alone.
Ryan is seeing their quickie trip to Mexico and plans for a Haitian trip and raising them...
We got these supercomfy photos of Ry getting touchy with a young, pixie-cut-rocking hottie. I mean, it's no under-the-table crotch rub, but her hand is pretty close to Ryan's nice backside isn't it?
The mystery girl, who's as fetching as she is digitally talented, is all smiles in every single shot, but her petite self fits and looks perfect on the scruffy stud's hip. Are they dating? Just friends? Did they meet at the same flannel shirt shop and instantly decide to hang? What's up?
Ryan's rep was absolutely no help in the matter when we asked.
Now, if they are an item, this girl may actually be some fierce competition for Ry's beautiful ex-wifey. That is if the woman even cares. Scar has bigger things to worry about, right? Like, Haiti and Sean's below-the-belt itches.
While that love affair plans on saving the world, Reynolds has been on location in Cape Town for the past month filming his new movie Safe House with Denzel Washington.
Or so it seems.
Oh, and before everyone starts assuming these precious snap shots are just some cute moments captured on set, nope. Ryan's whatever was just on the set watching as he was working, and then left with him afterward, butt in hand.

Oh, the scandal! Check out this snap of Scarlett Johansson with her feet well and truly under rumoured man-fling Sean Penn's table.
Speculation has been rife for weeks that Johansson, who recently split from human washboard husband Ryan Reynolds, has hooked up with the former Mr. Madonna.
Sources told UsMagazine last month that the pair were spotted at Chateau Marmont in LA in early January while she filmed We Bought a Zoo with Matt Damon.
"Their first hook-up was in Scarlett's Bungalow," the source said. Is that an euphemism? Saucy!
"Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam," said the source. "She knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice."
Their reps shot down the romance talk, naturally.
"Scarlett and Sean are not dating—they have been friends for years," said Johansson's rep at the time. "Nothing more, nothing less. They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett's upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam's Global Ambassador."
But now we have this..
TMZ has snapped the pair enjoying a flirty lunch at Cuban restaurant Versailles in LA Monday.

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn seem to be heating up -- like Mexican beach hot.
After a week of dates and party appearances, the pair had an overnight getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Tuesday. After jetting out of the Van Nuys airport, Johansson, 26, and Penn, 50, were spotted dining together.
Lobster and margaritas were on their menu, according to People magazine. The day before, the two had hit the L.A. Cuban joint Versailles, after which photos of the actress draping her leg over Penn's lap surfaced.
Furthermore, the couple attended an Oscar celebration for "Black Swan" at the Sunset Tower Hotel, keeping to themselves and looking cozy, according to reports.
Johansson is currently in the City of Angels filming "We Bought a Zoo" with Matt Damon.

London, Feb 26 (IANS) Actress Scarlett Johansson's father is in hospital and in a critical condition after a fall near his home.
The 'Lost in Translation' star is due to hand out an honour at the Oscar ceremony in Los Angeles Sunday, but this could abandon her plans after her dad took a tumble in New York, reports contactmusic.com.
Karsten Johansson was injured when his legs gave way as he walked along a street near his apartment and was admitted at Bellevue hospital.

On Wednesday night, the stars turned out at Siren Studios in Hollywood to kick off Academy Awards season and support the third-annual Pieces of Heaven Benefit Auction. Pouty starlet Scarlett Johansson hosted the glam event, which offered up artworks by the likes of starchitect Frank Gehry, late fashion lensman Helmut Newton, and Jonathan Yeo—familiar to L.A. audiences as the man behind the "Porno Sarah Palin" art last year—among 75 other works by both emerging and established artists. According to various reports, Johansson even placed a few bids herself.
The art benefit was for a good cause. Founded by Jennifer Howell after a friend died of leukemia, Elysium provides children with serious medical conditions with artistic workshops led by working actors and artists. The Wednesday art benefit was co-sponsored by Elysium, smart-set glossy bible Vanity Fair, and the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
Other famous faces who came out for the cause-or perhaps to score some art-included actor David Arquette, "Twilight" star Anna Kendrick, "He's Just Not That Into You" actress Ginnifer Goodwin, and hobbit-in-recovery Elijah Wood, who has overseen the creation of a special "compilation album" to benefit the charity, available on iTunes.

ACTRESS Scarlett Johansson and British comedian Russell Brand are the latest stars to have been added to the list of presenters for the upcoming Oscars.
The Academy announced Monday that they are adding two presenters to Monday's 83rd Academy Awards show in Los Angeles. Scarlett Johansson has been added to the roster, along with newcomer Russell Brand.
Johansson, who was last seen in Iron Man 2 is currently filming We Bought a Zoo, while British funnyman Brand (and singer Katy Perry's other half), has two films coming out in April - the animated Hop and a remake of Arthur.
The two stars will hand out Oscars, joining other big names including, Nicole Kidman, Annette Bening, Reese Witherspoon, Halle Berry, Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Tom Hanks and Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law and Oprah Winfrey and former Academy Awards host Hugh Jackman.

If all the tabloid reports are to be believed, Sean Penn is the fourth guy Scarlett Johansson has hooked up with since her split from Ryan Reynolds late last year.
But the other three aside, this rebound actually sounds the most believable!
Scarlett, 26, and Sean, 50, are both freshly divorced (Sean ended his marriage of 14 years recently) and according to Us Magazine they're totally doing it.
"Their first hook-up was in Scarlett's Bungalow," an insider told the mag.
Apparently the pair began their fling in January when Scarlett was in LA to film We Bought a Zoo with Matt Damon. She approached Sean because she was interested in helping out in earthquake-ravaged Haiti.
"Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam," says the source. "She knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice."
Obviously the next logical step was for them to hook up!
"Scarlett's smitten with him," adds the source.
